Ordering

1. Browse through our easy to use website, through the various styles, sizes and finishes. Once you have decided on an item simply click "add to basket" and you will then be taken to your shopping basket. From there you can continue to our secure checkout or carry on shopping for further items.

2. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted by a member of our sales team who will confirm your order and arrange delivery.

3. If you wish to purchase an item of furniture that is currently out of stock you may still purchase through our website using our secure checkout. Only 50% deposit will be charged with the remaining balance taken when your order is ready for delivery. A member of our sales team will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery

Delivery charges are fixed for different areas of the country, simply select the area where you live from the drop down list when purchasing through our secure online checkout.

As part of our delivery service, we offer installation and assembly of your furniture in the room of your choice (access permitting) along with removal of all packaging, which we take away for recycling. This service is included as part of the delivery charge and is entirely optional, any delivered items may remain in their protective packaging if preferred.

Delivery is to mainland UK addresses only and is generally within 21 days for in-stock items.

Collection is welcome by appointment only.

Returns

We offer a 7 day returns policy with a full refund on undamaged items. However the buyer is responsible for the cost of collection.
